Following some property training we were excited by what could be possible with short term accommodation and holiday lets. Delivered through automation, great local teams and relationships, we started by managing properties in Snowdonia, Lake District and the Jurassic Coast which has been exciting.

We have loved speaking to and getting to know our guests – helping them to have the best possible stay with us and positively encouraging their feedback so we can provide an improved experience for their next stay and other guests.

We felt incredibly proud after we received our Traveller Review Awards 2021 for all our properties in our first year, based on customer reviews. At the heart of the brand, we strive to support local businesses surrounding our properties and are passionate about helping people connect with nature and the outdoors. We believe this can make a difference, especially after the last few difficult years.

Outside of our business Lucy absolutely loves gardening. Her grandad loved gardening and has given her the bug. We have a little allotment and love trying to make our garden beautiful. Having experienced an ectopic pregnancy in 2021 and needing emergency surgery, Lucy is about to start fundraising for the Ectopic Pregnancy Trust.  Planning (or going to try) to grow 1000 plants to help other people smile and support the charity, helping people to cope with the trauma of an ectopic.

James is passionate about sports and enjoys skiing, cricket, golf and keeping as fit as possible. He spends a lot of his spare time volunteering as a parish councillor and as part of the local cricket club coaching & on the committee
